Urgent Medical help for heart Surgery
Master Shirtej S. Kadam Age 11 Months, admited at Jehangir Hospital, Pune for urgent Heart surgery. father of the child is manual labour having 4500/- monthly earning capacity. due to their poor financial condition they are unable to pay any money. this is an appeal to donate and save this small child's life.
