This is to inform you that Master. Dashwant is 1 Year 6 Months male admitted at St. John's Medical College Hospital. He was diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease. He needs to be continued on Peritoneal Dialysis for rest of his life till Renal Transplant. He is hypertensive on anti-hypertensive drug. He is also on Calcium, Iron and Vitamin D supplements. His father is working as Lorry Driver and mother is homemaker. Three childrens in family including patient.
They had spent a lot of money for the treatment of the child. Now they are unable to pay the treatment of the child. So, we request you please save his life.
